Frequently Asked
Questions
MX5 / Eunos Roadster/ Miata differences
All are essentially the same car and share 99% the same DNA and are produced in Hiroshima Japan.
The specs of the cars vary slightly to cater for the different markets they are sold into.
In general the MX5 was sold into Europe, Singapore and Australia/New Zealand etc.
The Miata into the America's and the Roadster into the home market of Japan.
The Roadster has been eagerly received into Australia/New Zealand and here in the
uk.
This is probably because the specs of the roadsters tend to be a little higher and the
Japanese driver
tends to do lower mileage ( around 6-8,000 Km a year)
